Parked on the clifftop free for 3 hours, then rode the cliff lift with a return ticket. Short walk up to the Clock for a quick coffee and a choccy flapjack. Sat outside in the autumn sun 16c lovely view over the bay and beyond. Short walk back to the lift. Very nice!😍

It’s certainly a throwback, but a genuine treat because of it. The views are outstanding and the place is a real pleasant vibe. Feels like not much has changed here since the eighties; the brews are proper, the tray bakes and cakes are a perfect accompaniment. Worth the trip and close to the Italian gardens, which are a dead nice place for a stroll. Like plenty of others have mentioned, remember to bring cash.
A little gem. The place in Scarborough to relax for a while and enjoy the views over the beach and harbour whilst enjoying a pot of tea and their excellent homemade cakes and scones. They also do breakfasts and light lunches made when ordered. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Good cafe food (sandwiches, scones, jacket potatoes, panini's, a few hot dishes etc), friendly, accomodating staff and some of the best views in Scarborough on a sunny day. Perfect for lunch or an early tea after a day on the south beach.
Good food and reasonably priced. South Cliff Gardens is a lovely walk nearby.

Still the cheapest for coffee and scone, and the best seat for a view of Scarborough, the castle. Beach and harbour.
